For Time (as fast as possible):
Complete a 6 minute Hang Hold (cumulative)
But each time you drop from the bar, perform:
– 800 meter Run
– 30 Push-Ups
The workout starts with the athlete hanging from a pull-up bar. When a drop happens, perform the penalty. Once the run and push-ups are complete, you can continue toward your 6 minute mark. This workout will really build that grip strength!
