Workout:
Today is an Active Recovery Run Day.
Complete a 5-10k jog at a moderate pace. Alternatively, perform another aerobic physical activity that is atypical for you. Examples include: swimming, biking, or rowing. Rule is to perform the activity outside if able.
Following the activity above, or later in the day, complete a 15-20 minute stretching session, holding each stretch for 60 seconds. Be sure those shoulders are stretched well; also focus on the hamstrings / glutes. Be sure to hit side splits and straddle.
