Gym Workout: Hero Workout!

Warm up: 1 round:

  1. 15 Power cleans with the empty bar
  2. 15 Shoulder press with just the barbell
  3. Work up to 65-70% of your max Clean and jerk (or 155 lbs, whichever is less)

Workout: DTIn honor of US Air Force SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED.

5 Rounds For Time (using the same barbell weight from the warm up):

12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power cleans (hang position, i.e., no need to touch the barbell to the ground between reps)
6 Push jerks


At Home Workout

  1. 20 min AMRAP: Cindy
    In 20 mins complete as many rounds as possible of:
    5 Pull-ups (alternative: jumping pull ups, pause 1 sec at the top)
    10 Push-ups
    15 Air squats
